By accessing this website or downloading / using applications published by Quanzhou Runwu Technology Co., Ltd. ("Runwu", "we", "us"), including Smart TV Remote and Clean Pro Lite, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our site or apps.
2. Our services
We provide Android applications distributed through the Google Play Store and an informational website describing those products. Features may change over time as we update apps for new devices, OS versions, and policy requirements.
Device compatibility (for example infrared hardware or storage permissions) varies. Some features may not work on all phones or TVs. Always review the Play Store listing for current requirements.
3. License to use
Subject to these Terms and Google Play's terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our apps for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the apps except as allowed by applicable law.

6. Disclaimer of warranties
Our website and apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that cleanup/remote features will meet every user's device scenario.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runwu and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the site or apps. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50 if the app was free.
8. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, app names, UI designs, and related materials remain the property of Runwu or its licensors. Google Play and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC.
9. Termination
We may suspend or stop providing an app or website feature at any time. You may stop using our products by uninstalling them. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and liability limits) will survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in Quanzhou, Fujian shall have exclusive jurisdiction where permitted.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
